$40.00 – Half Page Ad – 4.375” wide x 3.75” high *

$30.00 – 1/3 Page Ad – 4.375” wide x 2.5” high *

$25.00 – 1/4 Page Ad – 4.375” wide x 1.875” high *

$20.00 – 1/6 Page Ad – 4.375” wide x 1.25” high *

$12.00 – Supporter Listing (Text only – Limit 33 Characters)

 

*Display ads must be Press-Ready.  Must be in a MSWord, PDF or PNG  file format exactly as it will appear in the book, with ad correctly sized.

If you are submitting a text-only message or memory, you may type it out in the body of an email and we can format the message into the ad space for you.

A link for templates showing the correct ad size follow this listing.  They are intended to be used to measure your ad for correct sizing.  (To be sure it is correct, print your ad layout on plain paper.  Place the ad template behind the printout and hold up to the light.)  You should leave 1/8” on each side of your ad.

If you are using MS Word to create your ad, you can use the following Margin Settings.

Full page                 1.75”                    2.06”

1/2 Page                 3.625”                  2.06”

1/3 Page                 4.25”                    2.06”

For Supporter Listings, you only need to include your desired text (33 characters max).

 

Business Cards can be easily converted to 1/3 page ads.  Be sure ad graphics/text are Black and White with good contrast.

Photos are permitted in ads and should be 300-600 ppi/lpi and in Grayscale.

​

A PHOTO/ART RELEASE FORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GRAPHICS AND PHOTOS.​
