– is the 2008 U.S. Junior Champion and won a bronze medal at the 2008
Junior Grand Prix Final.
Her twin sister Piper and brother Todd both compete in ice dance.
Kylie Gleason
– is the 2007 Eastern Senior Ladies Champion and competed at the U.S.
Nationals in Spokane, Washington.She is the daughter of skater/coach Suna Murray.

Director for SportMusic.com and has created music for skaters’ programs
for over 30 years.Olympic
Champions Alexy Yagudin, Shizuka Arakawa and Sarah Hughes all used
Alexander’s music for their winning Olympic programs.
Troy Goldstein
– competed in singles, as well as pair skating with his sister, Dawn.He is the only skater to date to have qualified for the U.S.
Championships in four events – freestyle, dance, pairs and figures.Troy was a member of the U.S. Team from 1987 – 1994. He skated
professionally and skated the lead role for the Disney on Ice production
of Hercules.Troy has a law degree from California State University at Long
Beach.
Kendall Grace
- is a member of Glens Falls Figure Skating Club. She has passed her
Preliminary Freeskating, Silver Dance and Novice Moves in the Field
tests.Kendall often helps
out with the club’s Basic Skills classes. Kendall’s mom, Nancy Owen is a
club coach.
Lisa Grasso
– grew up skating with Skating Club of Boston.In 2000 she medaled at the Collegiate National Championships.She recently won a bronze medal at Adult Sectionals in Masters
Senior Ladies.She has
passed her senior level test and recently mastered cooking.
Heather Green
– is 1963 and 1964 World Professional Ice Dance Champion and 1963-1965
British Professional Ice Dance Champion. She is a Gold Medalist in
Dance, Free Dance, Fiugres and Freestyle, and a Silver Medalist in
Pairs.She coaches and has
trained several Canadian Junior and Senior Ice Dance Champions.
Scott Gregory
– is a 3-time U.S. Ice Dance Medalist with Elisa Spitz.They had three top-ten finishes at the World Championships and
competed in the 1984 Olympics.With partner Suzy Semanick, he is a four-time U.S. Ice Dance
Medalist, including gold medals in 1987 and 1988.Scott and Suzy were members of the 1988 U.S. Olympic Team and had
two top-five finishes at the World Championships.Scott and his wife Pam are both skating coaches.
Simone
Grigorescu Alexander – was born in
Romania and competed at the U.S. National Championships in the early
1980’s.She retired from
competition in 1982 and skated professionally with Robin Cousins in
Electric Ice and with the Ice Capades.Simone has become a choreographer for many elite skaters and for
shows such as Holiday on Ice.
Oksana Grishuk
– is
a former Ukrainian ice dancer with Evgeny Platov.They won the European Championships from 1996 – 1998 and World
Championships from 1994 – 1997.They are the 1994 and 1998 Olympic Ice Dance Champions and the
only team to win two at Olympics in ice dance.They received two awards from Russian President Boris Yeltsin.
Vanessa
Gusmeroli
– won the French Championships from 2000 – 2002 and a bronze medal at
the 1997 World Championships.Vanessa is an international technical specialist and is also a
competitive water skier.
Kati Hadford
– was born and raised in Virginia.Her grandparents fled Hungary to avoid communism.Kati competed in the U.S. until 2005.Kati has dual-citizenship and moved to Hungary in 2006 when she
began representing Hungary in competition.She is a three-time Hungarian Bronze Medalist and the 2008 Silver
Medalist. Kati has competed in the European Championships and Junior
World Championships twice.
John Hamer
– is the 2005, 2006 and 2007 British Champion.John also has extensive international competition experience.
Scott Hamilton
– has overcome a childhood disease, testicular cancer and a benign brain
tumor.In 1980 Scott was
selected to carry the U.S. Flag in the Olympic Opening Ceremonies.Scott was U.S. Champion from 1981 – 1984, World Champion from
1981 – 1984, and Olympic Champion in 1984.He was elected to the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame in 1990.Scott toured briefly with the Ice Capades before he founded Scott
Hamilton’s American Tour, which ultimately became Stars on Ice, where he
has served as both a performer and producer.Scott has made numerous television and film appearances and has
served as a television skating analyst.Scott is also an author and supports numerous charities,
including Scott Hamilton C.A.R.E.S., which provides resources for cancer
patients.
Beata Handra &
Charles Sinek
– began competing together in 1995.They were 4th at the U.S. Ice Dance Championships from
1999 – 2001.They competed
in the 2002 Olympics.They
married in 1996 and are currently coaching.
Danielle
Hartsell Minnis
– and her brother, Steve Hartsell are seven-time U.S. Medalists and
eight-time international medalists.They are the 1997 World Junior Pair Champions and 1999 U.S.
Senior Pairs Champions.

– 2002 Swiss Champions and are brother and sister.Eliane and Daniel competed in the 2002 Olympics and were coached
by 1980 Olympic Ice Dance Champions Natalia Linnichuk and Gennadi
Karponosov.
Chrissy Hughes
–
won the gold medalist at the 2007 Junior Grand Prix Harghita Cup and the
2007 Junior Grand Prix Sofia Cup.Chrissy was a member of the 2008 U.S. Figure Skating Scholastic
Honors Team and attends Seattle Pacific University.
Emily Hughes
– is the 2006 U.S. Bronze Medalist and the 2007 Silver Medalist.She competed at the 2006 Olympics and has had two top-ten
finishes at the World Championships.In 2002, she co-wrote the book,
I Am a Skater.Emily is currently attending Harvard University and is the
younger sister of 2002 Olympic Champion Sarah Hughes.
Tiffany Hyden
Dombeck
– is a former competitive pairs skater.She has retired from competitive skating and is currently
coaching in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Maria Ivanova
– is
a Russian figure skater.
Donald Jackson
– won the Canadian Men’s Championship from 1959 – 1962.He was North American Champion in 1959 and 1961 and is the 1960
Olympic Bronze Medalist.At
the 1962 World Championships, Don won the gold medal and landed the
first triple lutz jump in competition.In 1997 he was made a Member of the Order of Canada.Don and his wife, Barbara, live in Ottawa, Canada, where Don
continues to coach.He is
also known for having founded the Jackson Skate Company with his
brother.
Michael James
–
was born in Great Britain and came to the U.S. in 1981.He is a three-time Silver Medalist and has a gold medal in dance.He was head coach for the Skating Club of Lake Placid for 15
years, where he founded Michael’s Place, a lodge for skaters.He is currently a professional real estate consultant and coaches
part-time.
Larissa
(Spielberg) & Craig Joeright – have had six
top-ten finishes at the U.S. Nationals.They became the U.S. Pairs Bronze Medalists in 2000. They married
in 2006 and are currently coaching in the Detroit, Michigan area.

–is the 2009 U.S. Junior
Bronze Medalist.He is the
2005 Upper Great Lakes Intermediate Champion and the 2008 Midwestern
Sectional Junior Champion.
Caryn Kadavy
– is the 1985, 1987 and 1988 U.S. Bronze Medalist and the 1986 U.S.
Silver Medalist.Caryn had
three top-ten finishes at the World Championships, including a bronze
medal in 1987, and was a member of the 1988 Olympic Team.Caryn has won numerous professional competitions.She is currently coaching.

Kamber & Kristyn Kamber – JR is a
member of the Glens Falls Figure Skating Club’s Basic Skills program.Mom Kristyn is a dedicated supporter of club activities.

Kanallakan
– is the 2005 U.S. Novice Men’s Champion and the 2006 Junior Grand Prix
Final Silver Medalist. Austin is also the 2007 U.S. Junior Bronze
Medalist.
Siobhan Karam
– and partner Joshua McGrath are the 2005 Canadian Junior Ice Dance
Champions.With partner
Kevin O’Keefe, she placed 4th at the Ondrej Nepela Memorial
and 6th at the Canadian Championships.
Chloe Katz
– and Joseph Lynch are the 2008 Coupe de Nice Pairs Silver Medalists.They are the 2005 U.S. Junior Bronze Medalists and have had four
top-ten finishes at the U.S. Nationals from 2006 – 2009.
Cindy Kauffman
Marshall & Ron Kauffman – are brother
and sister. They were U.S. Pairs
Champions from 1966 – 1969 and World Bronze Medalists from 1966 – 1968.Cindy and Ron finished in the top ten at both the 1964 and 1968
Olympics and were inducted into the U.S. Figure Skating Hall of Fame in
1995.
Sarah Kawahara
– is a former competitive skater.Sarah skated professionally with Ice Capades for 7 years.She has done choreography for dozens of elite skaters as well as
shows such as Stars on Ice, Holiday on Ice, and Ice Capades.Sarah has choreographed numerous television specials and won an
Emmy Award for “Scott Hamilton Upside Down” in 1997.In 2002 she won a second Emmy Award for choreography work at the
Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 2002 Olympics.
Stacey Kemp &
David King – won British
Pairs Championships from 2006 – 2009.Stacey and David are four-time competitors at both the European
and World Championships.
Severin Kiefer
– is the 2007 and 2008 Austrian Junior Champion.
Jennifer Kirk
– is the 2000 World Junior Champion and 2002 Four Continents Champion.Jenny represented the U.S. twice at the World Championships and
was profiled in the television series “Ice Diaries.”She also studied ballet and has performed with the Boston Ballet.She has served as a member of the U.S. Figure Skating
International Committee.

Koegel-Fediukov – and Oleg
Fediukov are the 1999 and 2000 U.S. Ice Dance Bronze Medalists.Deborah is an Athlete Member of the Board for U.S. Figure
Skating.
Amber (Wehrle)
Kole & Nick Kole - became a
skating team in 2006 and have competed at U.S. Nationals twice.They married in May, 2009.
Jennifer Korzec
– is an adult skater who began skating at the age of 27.She will be going into level Adult 4 this season.She lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, Gary.
Konstantin
Kostin
– skated for the Soviet Union to become 1992 World Junior Silver
Medalist.He competed for
Latvia in the 1992 Olympics and placed 4th in the 1993
European Championships.
Konstantin is currently coaching in Massachusetts and is an
International Technical Specialist.
Carolina
Kostner
- is a three-time Italian Champion, 2007 and 2008 European Champion, and
2008 World Silver Medalist.
She is a two-time Grand Prix Final Bronze Medalist and finished in the
top ten at the 2006 Olympics.
Kassy Kova &
Justin Ross – have competed
together in ice dance at the U.S. Junior National Championships.
Michael Kuluva
– was a member of the 2002 U.S. Figure Skating Team.In 2004 he won a bronze medal at the MLFS World Professional
Invitational Championships.
Michael skates professionally with Disney on Ice.He also coaches and designs clothing.
Tonia
Kwiatkowski – is a two-time
U.S. Bronze Medalist and 1996 Silver Medalist.She is a three-time World Team member, finishing twice in the top
ten.In 1994, she earned a
degree in communications and psychology from Baldwin Wallace College and
is currently coaching.
Melanie Lambert
– and her husband, Frank Palascak, are two-time U.S. Eastern Sectional
Pairs Champions and had two top-ten finishes at U.S. Nationals.They skate professionally and have appeared in the British
television series “Dancing on Ice.”
Gabi Lang
– is
a professional skater in Dubai.
Kerry Leitch
– is
a Canadian World and Olympic coach with over 40 years of experience.He has coached over 60 national and international champions and
serves as a referee for many professional skating events.
Sandy Lenz
Jackson
-is 1975 U.S.
Novice Champion, 1997 U.S. Junior Champion, and a 1980 Olympic Team
Member.Sandy skated for 17
years with Ice Capades, as well as with Disney on Ice, Bietak/Foster
Productions, and numerous other ice shows.She also skated in the first tour of Stars on Ice.Sandy has coached in Charleston, SC since 1999.
Valery Levine
– is a professional skater, a highly skilled dancer and a make-up
artist.She has skated with
John Curry and with Ice Theatre of New York.She skated pairs with Curtis Chornopyski with Tovi Productions
and has also coached for many years.
Angie Lien
– of Duluth, Minnesota, is the 2003 Winter Universiade Silver Medalist.She was the oldest competitor in the ladies division at the 2007
and 2008 U.S. Nationals.
Catarina
Lindgren & Tom Dickson
– Catarina is the 1981-1984 Swedish National Champion and competed in
the 1984 Olympics.She is
currently coaching and doing choreography.Tom is the 1980 U.S. Junior Champion and 1980 Nebelhorn Champion.He skated with Ice Capades and has done choreography for Disney
on Ice and many individual skaters.Tom won U.S. Figure Skating’s Paul McGrath Choreographer of the
Year award in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006.
Laura Lipetsky
– is
a three-time competitor at U.S. Nationals and was ranked in the top ten.She is a U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist and has worked with
several world and Olympic coaches.Laura has performed in numerous ice shows and is a coach and an
ISI judge.
David Liu
– skated for Taiwan in the 1988, 1992 and 1998 Olympics.At the 1990 World Championships he became the last male skater to
skate a compulsory figure in international competition.He is a choreographer and an artistic director for Ice Theatre of
New York.
Tina Lundgren
– passed her Gold Figure test at age 12 and taught skating through
college and graduate school.She has been a judge since 1992 and is now an international
judge.She has served as
Team Leader for many international events and will be Team Leader for
the 2010 World Championships.She is a professional writer, serves on the board for the Ronald
McDonald House of New York City, and works with Figure Skating in
Harlem.
Evan Lysacek
– is
the 2009 World Champion and 2007 and 2008 U.S. Champion.Evan placed 4th at the 2006 Olympics and is the 2005
and 2007 Four Continents Champion.He has twice been the U.S. Olympic Committee’s Athlete of the
Month.Evan has toured with
Champions on Ice and Stars on Ice.He also studies acting.
Christopher Mabee
– is the 2007 Canadian Silver Medalist.He is a World competitor and a Junior Grand Prix Final Bronze
Medalist.He currently
skates professionally aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Ships.
Ian Macadam
– is the 2005 New England Regional Men’s Champion and an Eastern
Sectional Championships alternate.He has been a Scottish champion from beginner to senior levels.Ian was a Scottish Team Captain and has skated on an Adult
Theatre on Ice team.He has
served as Vice-President for New England Inter Club Council and a
representative for U.S. Figure Skating.Ian also operates Ice Audio, where he edits and creates unique
music for skaters at all levels.He holds a B.S. degree in chemistry with information technology
and instrumentation from Glasgow Caledonian University.Ian currently coaches in Yarmouth, Massachusetts.
Nancy Mannes
– is an adult skater currently working on her Adult Bronze test and
Silver Moves in the Field test.She competes in Adult Freestyle and on an Adult Masters
Synchronized Skating Team, “The Lake Effect Flurries,” in Grand Rapids,
Michigan.
Lydia Manon
– and Ryan O’Meara are the 2005 U.S. Bronze Dance Medalists.In 2001, she and Michael Klus became U.S. Junior Champions.Lydia coaches and does choreography.
Valentina Marchei
– is the 2004 Italian Champion.She placed 5th at the 2007 European Championships.
Valentina is also the 2007 Winter Universiade Silver Medalist.
John Mattatall
– and Mylene Brodeur are the 2009 Canadian Pairs Bronze Medalists and
finished in the top ten at the 2009 World Championships.With Terra Findlay, John won the 2004 Canadian Junior Pairs
Silver Medal.John has also
competed in singles.
Doug Mattis
-
is the 1985 U.S. Junior Men’s Champion and a seven-time member of the
U.S. international team.He
is 1994 U.S. Open Professional Silver Medalist, and in 1995 became the
American Open Professional Champion.
Warren Maxwell
– and Janet Thompson are the 1977 World Silver Dance Medalists.They placed 8th at the 1976 Olympics and had five top
ten finishes at the World Championships.
Evelyn McCall
– skated with the Ice Capades in the 1950s.Evelyn’s son, Rob McCall was a Canadian ice dancing champion.Her young granddaughters are now learning to skate.
Rob McCall
(1958-1991)–and partner Tracy Wilson were Canadian Ice Dance Champions from 1982
– 1988.They were World
Bronze Medalists from 1986 – 1988.Rob and Tracy placed in the top ten at the 1984 Olympics and were
Olympic Bronze Medalists in 1988.They skated professionally and were made Members of the Order of
Canada in 1988.
Brittney McConn Bottoms
–
competed extensively both nationally and internationally and placed 4th
at the 1998 World Junior Championships.Brittney serves as a member of the U.S. Figure Skating
International Committee.
Timothy McKernan
– and Shannon Wingle are the 2009 U.S. Junior Pewter Ice Dance
Medalists.With Piper
Gilles, he was the 2007 U.S. Junior Pewter Medalist and the 2008 U.S.
Junior Silver Medalist.
Lois McMorran
– skated professionally with the Ice Folies from 1970 – 1972 and with
the Ice Capades from 1968 – 1969.She is currently living in Texas.
Melinda Medley Seable
toured as a professional figure skater around the world for 12 years.
She skated in Holiday on Ice and Disney on Ice, as well as numerous
smaller ice shows.
Andrew Meekins
– and Julia Vlassov are the 2006 World Junior Pairs Champions.They finished in the top ten at the 2007 U.S. National
Championships.Andrew is
currently competing with Jessica Rose Paetsch.
Melissa Militano –
won the U.S. Pairs Championships in 1973, 1974 and 1975 with Johnny
Johns.She was a World Team
member from 1969-1975 and was a member of the 1972 U.S. Olympic Team.Melissa is also the 1971 U.S. Junior Ladies Champion.After performing for 4 years with Ice Capades, she married and
had a daughter, Kelly.She
is coaching part-time in Las Vegas, Nevada and enjoying family life at
home.
Krissa Miller
– represents the Skating Club of Lake Placid and has trained in Newark,
Delaware.She does some of
her own choreography.In
2003 Krissa delivered the keynote address for the Opening Ceremonies of
the Empire State Games.
Cathy Mishkin Bliss
– is a gold medalist in pairs with her late partner, Don Bonacci.They competed for many years and were principal performers in Ice
Follies and Holiday on Ice from 1973 – 1978.They made numerous television and ice show appearances, including
a Doublemint Gum commercial in 1980.Cathy and Don were also featured in movies such as
Roller Boogie.Cathy has studied the field of energy medicine, physics and
quantum mechanics, and is certified as an “expert in the field of
consciousness.”
David Mitchell
– and Loren Galler-Rabinowitz are the 2004 U.S. Ice Dance Bronze
Medalists.David is
currently attending law school in Florida.
Lori Moran-Ditchkus
(1964 – 1998) - was skating director of the Wollman Rink in Central Park
and Sky Rink at Chelsea Piers, and was the first co-director of figure
skating at Ice House.Lori
and her husband, Michael Ditchkus, were on their way to a vacation in
France when they perished in the crash of Swissair Flight 11.
Daisuke Murakami
– has represented both the U.S. and Japan.He is the 2009 Japanese Junior Bronze Medalist and the 2006 U.S.
Junior Pewter Medalist. Daisuke is a two-time recipient of the Michael
Weiss Foundation Scholarship.
Suna Murray
- is the 1971 and 1972 U.S. Bronze Medalist and the 1971 North American
Bronze Medalist.She was a
member of the 1971 and 1972 World Team and the 1972 Olympic Team.Suna graduated from Harvard University in 1978. She works with
the U.S. Olympic Committee and is a coach in Boston, Massachusetts.Her daughter, Kylie Gleason, is also a competitive skater.
